1. Acceptance

By using Devasangam you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Devotional and informational purpose

Content on Devasangam — including history, manyata, aarti timings, festivals, panchang, horoscopes and pilgrimage guidance — is provided in good faith for devotional and informational purposes only. We make best efforts to keep information accurate but make no warranty of completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Live video & third-party content

All live darshan videos are embedded directly from official temple YouTube channels via YouTube's IFrame Player. We do not download, copy, re-host or modify these streams. Copyright, licensing and stream availability rest entirely with the respective temple trust and YouTube. If a stream is unavailable, removed or its URL changes, we will update or fall back to the temple's official channel link.

4. Astrology disclaimer

Horoscopes, numerology, kundli, match-making, muhurat and similar reports are based on Vedic and astrological methodologies and are offered for guidance and reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Predictions carry no guarantee. By purchasing or using such reports you acknowledge that no commercial, legal or compensation claim shall lie against Devasangam, its team or its associates on the basis of any prediction or recommendation.

5. Donations & bookings

Devasangam does not collect donations or aarti / darshan fees on behalf of any temple. Booking links direct you to the official temple trust or government portal — please complete payment there. We are not responsible for the operation of those external portals.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Devasangam to:

Re-broadcast, scrape or repurpose live streams or content in violation of the temple trust's or YouTube's terms.
Submit false, misleading or disrespectful information through Community forms.
Attempt to harm, attack or reverse-engineer the website.

7. Intellectual property

The Devasangam name, logo, design system and original editorial content are owned by Devasangam. Temple imagery, deity names, Sanskrit verses and historical references remain in the public/religious domain or with the respective temple trust.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
