Reporting infringement
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe material accessible on Devasangam infringes your copyright, send a written notice by email that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on devasangam.com where the material appears.
- Your contact details (name, email, address, phone).
- A statement, in good faith, that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are, or are authorised to act for, the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response
On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material as expeditiously as reasonably possible and notify the contributor where applicable. Repeat infringers may be blocked from further contributions.
Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with (a) identification of the removed material, (b) your contact details, and (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
